How can i find out what was in a folder that i had traded to someone, if it is no longer in my inva.

this was with in a 1-2 weeks time

You can't see the manifest of what was in the given folder after it has been given away. Copies of objects with the "Copy" & "Transfer" attributes will remain in your original folder but any "transferable" & "no-copy" items will have been sent. Your Transaction Log will show a single transfer of the highest named object, in this case the folder to the person receiving it.

The best way is to ask the person.  There won't be a record anywhere else.
