I think my login problems may be because the login page hasn't fully loaded? wheat should i do?

That's a good possibility.  It's too bad that you can't read that message, because it would be very helpful for trying to make sense of your problem.  As Lindal said in your previous thread, Firestorm will never change your login password, but I suppose it may be possible for the viewer to have been damaged somehow so that the login page keeps rejecting yours.  If you didn't do a clean install, as you are always advised to do, then do it now.  Here are the instructions >>> http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall .
