When you use "tattoo" in inworld search or Marketplace there are thousands of results... i can't imagine there is nothing to find. Even creators for custom made tatts aren't that difficult to find. All I did to find those results was head to the marketplace and type "chest" in search, then narrowed it by clicking "Avatar Components," "Tattoos." When you need something general like this, the marketplace is a fantastic and easily searchable resource. Note: I did have General, Moderate, and Adult enabled for that search. If you don't have Adult enabled, you probably won't get as many results. I have 222 pages showing, though some of them aren't actually chest tattoos. (I hate keyword spam...)
