cant login

I'm trying to login in for the first time and it needs a last name. I was never given that option when I setup my account. I went through the setup process twice and no last name option. Why does this have to be so complacciated

If your viewer is asking for a last name, your last name is Resident.

If you are using the Phoenix viewer -- one of the few viewers that still asks for a last name -- please be advised that the Phoenix/Firestorm developers stopped providing support for it in December 2012 and that it will become obsolete and largely unusable this spring. You should switch to another viewer.
