Hello, why i cant change maturity lever to my items?

I'm assuming that you clicked the little button near the top of the edit page to indicate the maturity level for the item, right?  And then clicked Update at the very bottom of the page to save the change?

If you did everything correctly and your item is being automatically bumped into the adut category, and you're sure it doesn't belong there, check your keywords. Make sure you don't have anything there that would bump  your item into a higher maturity rating. Then delete your keywords, and update one by one until you find the keyword or combination of keywords that's causing the item to list as adult. Sometimes it's simply the sequence of words that would cause it - Blush followed by Item, for instance, could do it because of the word formed by the last to letters of the first word and the first two letters of the second.
