Lindens do not visit in world to address personal technical issues.  If you ever see a LL technician, s/he's being paid to do major work on the servers and can't spend time chatting.  If you have a technical problem, bring it here so that other SL residents can help.  If you're a Premium member, file a support ticket or contact Live Chat.

As stated above you must submit a ticket. However I have been here long enough to know that once upon a time they did visit SL and spend time with residents. They even annouced events accross the grid and some attended them. I kind of miss those days. But since those days are gone choose the link provided by the reply above.
