Singularity will not log my avatar in

Ok  so up until 2 months ago I used SIngularity , then one day I tried to log my main avatar in and  all I got was a box saying create new account or  try again.

I can log in via firestorm SL veiwer but I really like using Singularity!!!!

Please can anyone help me???

maybe try a clean reinstall ?

look here. this has been made for phoenix viewer but work for every viewer clean reinstall.

Singularity ought to be easier on your machine than Firestorm, so it's surprising that you're having trouble with it.  As Trinity says, you probably have some damaged user files.  Simply downloading and reinstalling Singularity is not a good idea, because that will leave those damaged files intact.  Follow the instructions Trinity gave you for doing a clean re-install.  That will wipe all traces of your current installation off your machine.

Really? What does a "hard time" look like? Any error messages? What computer are you using? We can't do a blessed thing to help if you give us absolutely nothing to work with. Also, PLEASE do not ever bury your own question at the bottom of someone else's thread, where it is guaranteed to be overlooked. Start your own.
