Ah, so they are encroaching onto your parcel?

Right click them > Manage > Report Abuse > Select Category > Land > Encroachment > Trees/Plants

I had Linden grass on my roadside land and it didn't count, but I wanted it removed for aesthetic reasons. Took them like two weeks, but they did get around to it
