House-less model needing a house..

I have a beautiful land that has no house on it. The house needs to be 40x35 roughly but not bigger. Three medium to large ish sized rooms for two bedrooms and one a studio, a room for a living room/ lounge room and maybe another small to meduim room for a zen room. We will talk about cost in world.
