anyone know how i can look up transaction records if they are more than one month old?.

used to be able to go back as far as i wanted once, but just when i need it, i find i can only search transaction records up to one month old.....:/  how rediculous is that, and a little annoying. so what is my next move?  i appreciate any contributions (especially if they aren't repeating what a previous person has said) thank you in advance

As long as I have been in SL ... since 2007 ... Transaction History records have only been available for the previous 30 days.  I doubt that they were ever available for longer than that.  If you are going to need those records, you have to plan ahead and download them regularly to your own computer.

Adding to Rolig's perfect answer, you can look up as far as 45 days FOR YOUR BILLING TRANSACTIONS ONLY if you look at your transactions in USD.

You can see Account Statements (US Dollar transactions by month) that go back to the time of account registration.

USD Transactions can be found under Account Summary, LS Records only are saved for a month, so i suggest you save a print to your Hard Disk every month of your LS transactions and file them on your PC
