When you login to SL, before you login you can select the location where you teleport to, usually set to Home or Last Location, you can type a region name in like, Help Island, or another island name you know (if it's online) you will be able to login.

Hello Kelsi, you have to manually change your land holdings here: https://secondlife.com/my/account/landfees.php?lang=en-US Just change (what it says now) to the actual sq meter usage you have now in Mainland, and click save your changes. IF you dont change them yourself. LL will keep billing you for the land you abandoned or no longer have.

I have had this issue too, it's becuase the file you're trying to upload is not compatible with SL. Like a .GIF file etc. it will crash your viewer. make sure it's compatible like (TGA. JPEG, etc)

Live chat is only for concierge level land owners (1 sim or up), unless they changed that too The only way to know for sure which land is yours is to go to "what they told yoU" The my land area, it will show all the pieces of land you own.

I hve that too sometimes, look if the same thing happen using Metabolt , at http://www.metabolt.net/ otherwise try to reset your router.

If someone used a copybot viewer to make illegal copies of something and then distributes them, and someone rpeorts it to LL, LL will remove those objects from inventory, no need tow orry about it unless you copybotted it

The only thing you can do is submit a ticket to LL that your account has been compromised, however this will make LL take your account down (for investigation) which will take a few weeks, Speeding up this process might help if (you put your RL information when you created the account) By sending (mailing or faxing) a copy of your passport. The only thing you can do is put it up for sale, Just remember if the price is to high you will not sell it. Unless it's a nice seaside area. just look around what others charge and compare them with yours to determine what to sell it for. Make sure you click "Show in search" for a few L$.week otherwise it wont even show in search. Posting at the SL Forums, Mainland for sale will help too. Gl.

Hello Micka, Click Ctrl P > Graphics > Drawdistance you can slide to 32 or less.

Is this the computer you regularly use or someone elses? could be that the graphics do not support the SL viewer. you can check this by downloading metabolt at http://www.metabolt.net/ and see if you acn login.

Hello Thalions. No you cannot delete groups, you will have to kick everybody out of the group, so that you're the only person left in the group and then LL delete the group automatically within 3 days. Or you could just make someone else group owner and leave it (or make an alt to dump it on).

hello Talina, I have had that happen to me in the past but what i just did was rename or like add a * or a . to the objects name, so it becomes a seperate listing, you will just have to do this to all the ones that aren't listed.

Your objects have been returned in cluster, (a Prim icon with a piece missing) in your Lost and Found folder. Go to a sandbox and rez the items in the lost and found folder. It can be that this baby is in your inventory as rose or chair or object. since multiple prims returned as cluster will take 1 of the object's name to show as the name of the object in your inventory .

Yes you can, with the SL App. you can go to google.com and search for the Second Life App. there are some free ones and some that you have to pay for,, I have never used it myself but it's there, you can even watch videos on youtube about it, (companies that sell the app). Goodluck.
