how to you make voice not to be heard from land to skbox? is there  a option in Land properties?

 

they are very far away, not understanding why they can hear us.

You can use the control in About Land to limit Voice to your own parcel so that people outside the parcel can't hear what you're saying inside, but I'm not aware of a limiting range on voice within the parcel.  I avoid voice entirely myself, though, so I have never had reason to test.

The range of voice chat is only about 20-25 m.  But voice can be heard from the camera position, so if someone moves their camera near your skybox, they could hear your voice...but not speak TO you in voice.

Also, if voice is enabled, people can still make a voice call in IM from the ground to your skybox
