I can not get to oakland University

The Oakland University sim is currently showing as on line.  Are you the only person who is unable to go there?  Can you TP to a neighboring sim and walk into that sim?  Do you normally have access to the sim?

You might try going to a different sim first -- a nice, quiet one like Smith -- and then teleporting to Oakland University.  If NOBODY can teleport there, submit a support ticket under the category Land & Region >>> Report a Region Offline.  Explain that the sim is reported as online, but you cannot access it.

If you get a message "You do not have permission to access that location" you must contact the region owner or manager and discuss it.  You may have been banned, or access may have been limited to a group that you don't belong to, or a land setting such as only allowing age verified avatars, avatars older than 30 days, or avatars with payment information on file has been activated.
