who is dee linden,it says that she is the owner of thousand palms mitta.i can't get ahold of any one that will help me.why not?i pay my rent,and now i am blocked out of everything where i live.i'm very upset by this.i got a new computer for christmas and installed sl on it and nothing has worked right since.......help!!!!!!!!!!what the heck am i doing wrong.everything worked fine until i got a new computer.my cat is sick because she can't eat,im locked out .......omg i'm having an anxiety attack over this stuff.i used to love sl,but now i'm very stressed about the whole deal.i can't seem to get any help from linden labs,so what am i supposed to do.

To answer one of your questions, Dee Linden is a real life Linden employee,

She does Mainland Support. Her name may be associated with a number of LL Mainland Areas but she is not specifically the person responsible for issues on them.

If you have an issue with an LL mainland parcel or Region, please open a support case and give specific details.

You haven't provided any specifications of your new computer so it's impossible to even guess at why you're having issues with SL using it. Open SL to login screen and choose Help > About Second Life then copy/paste the specifications from the window that opens into a reply here using Options > Edit to the right of your post. If the details just give a graphics card series, add information on the exact card. Also, are you using a wired connection or wifi (latter not recommended).

Please specify exactly what problems you are experiencing when you say nothing has worked right since getting the new computer. If you only have Basic Membership then Linden Lab provides very limited support. You need Premium Membership for the full range of Support options including Live Chat. Paying rent to a private landlord does not get you full Linden Lab support.

Not being able to access your rented sim does occur at times but is probably unrelated to any other issues you're having with SL. Your landlord is your first port of call when you're having issues with your rented parcel. Contact the landlord or estate manager and ask for the sim to be restarted. That should fix it for you and allow access again. Most things that go wrong in SL can be fixed so don't get stressed out. The residents here on Answers can offer advice and hopefully we'll have you sorted soon but you need to provide all relevant information.

It looks like Linden Lab foreclosed on your landlord. I was able to enter your lot - your things are still there. Your cat isnt' sick yet but scripts are only on for group members and the lot is no longer owned by group I'm assuming you''re in and that would cause problems. KittyCats has a "cattery" that's sort of an offline cat-boarding area - you may want to put your cat in there until you find a new place.

As I said, I had no problem entering your lot itself - are you able to log into anywhere else? Try logging into a different location, possibly taking your land-group tag off and then going to the lot from the map. It looks like you'll need to find a new place.

LL took over ur sim from the person u were renting from. either they didnt pay it or they lost it some how or they got banned from sl and LL  took it over that way i would im ur land lord and ask make sure u take everything on ur land just incase they did close it
