It sounds like your account has been compromised. Change your password if you can and contact billing support RIGHT NOW. You need to contact your bank too. What was the charge supposed to be for? Note that this forum isn't an official Linden Lab service and we can't do anything directly for you here.

Sorry.  We all can't do a thing.  We're all SL residents, just like you, and we don't have access to your account.  We can't take anything out of it, and we can't fix whatever isn't right with it.  Lindens never come here either, so they won't see your question.  Take two steps:

1. Open your dashboard at secondlife.com and navigate to Account >> Transaction History.  Set the date span so that you can look at all transactions over the past 30 days, and then look to see where the money went.

2. Call the Linden Lab Billing Office and ask politely about any transactions that you still can't understand.

Incidentally, Linden Lab can't access your RL bank account, if that's what you are asking about.  The only options you have for sending money to Linden Lab are PayPal and your credit card.  LL cannot debit your bank account.  See >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Billing/ta-p/700037#Section_.3

If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers:

US/Canada: 800-294-1067
France: 0805-101-490
Germany: 0800-664-5510
Japan: 0066-33-132-830
Portugal: 800-814-450
Spain: 800-300-560
UK: 0800-048-4646
Brazil: 0800-762-1132

Long distance ( not free, but you can use Skype to save some cost ) : 703-286-6277

In addition to the other great answers:

1.  Call your bank NOW and inform them of the incident.

2.  Change ALL your passwords on your computer, especially any to your bank account(s) immediately.

3.  Run both an antivirus and a malware detection program on your computer immediately.

EDIT:  If you have a PayPal account, and if it is backed up by your bank account, and if you own a lot of land, it is barely possible that LL charged you for monthly tier, your PayPal account didn't have enough money to cover the charge, and took the money from your bank account.  If this is the case, you should be able to track the sequence of events from your Transaction Log on this web site, your PayPal account history, and your bank account transaction history.
