Where can I find a website ''giver''?

I've already checked marketplace.  Only found one. But wasn't what I was looking for.   I guess I'm looking for a script where you put it in an object and have users click it to get the popup.  Or a premade object/script would work.

 

Where to look? Or did I not use good search terms? I've tried:  Giver, Website Giver, URL Giver, Link Giver.. etc
