How can i get lost money back? Help?

Hello again. About a week ago i made a transaction of L$ with someone as a loan so she can pay her back land rents. i trusted and payed. She now refuses me to pay back. what shall i do to get my money back? Is there any way to get the cash back?

its about 500L$ only but for me its still money

You are going to have to chalk this one up as a lesson learned. Unless the amount is big enough to file a law suit over. And that would take getting a lawyer.. 500 Linden is trivial amount and not worth the effort

Never lend anyone money unless you know them well enough and they wouldn't burn you.. Heh but even family can burn you if you lend them money ....

And also there are a lot of "beggars" who make a living begging for money with the excuse they need to urgently pay rent for their land or need it for a clothing item.. Do not trust it and do not lend them money

chances of getting your money back are next to none you gave away the money on trust which some people have no problem abusing i've learnt in RL and SL never to lend or loan any one anything if your not prepared to never see that item again or get your money returned

Did you write a sort of an 'egreement' and signed it the both parties for the 'loan'?

 

I am not sure it is valid for Lindelab, but at leatsn, it is SOMETHING you could go to them with about the fraud...
