how can I report a virus

I received a gift pak while shopping. When I opened it, it replicated itself and sent packets to all my friends. Does anyone know how to report the virus and eliminate it from my account?

You should be able to select the item in inventory and delete it. But, you may want to wait.

To report it, file a JIRA report. You will need all the information you can get about the item. File it as a Security Issue. You can right click the item in inventory and select properties.
