Item not delivered from Marketplace

Question

I bought on Marketplace from PRIMA NOCTE DESIGN  one item and paid 10 L (11.07.2012)

Market place sent me email  but item not delivered. How many times i must pay and never see my items. Not serious from Marketplace and owner in this case "PRIMA NOCTE DESIGN"

If it is a Direct Delivery item, there is a bug on Marketplace at the moment, soon to be fixed apparently. You need to relog and you should then see the item in your Direct Delivery Folder. Marketplace does have a notice up about this when you first log in to it.

 

Due to unscheduled Marketplace Maintenance, Residents may need a viewer relog to access purchases. Maintenance is expected to be complete by end of day, July 11, 2012. Please see the Second Life Grid Status for more details.

In addition to great previous answers and just in case:

First of all, check your inventory: with the new Direct Delivery system, your objects - assuming the Merchant is using Direct Delivery and not Magix Box - may be in a folder named "Received Items" at the very bottom of the inventory window (under the library folders). If they are not there, here's what to do:

See your Order History ( https://marketplace.secondlife.com/orders ) in the Marketplace. If really the item has been delivered and you have been charged (see your Account History in your Dashboard: https://secondlife.com/my/account/transactions.php?lang=en ) then read the Knowledge Base about "Unreceived and accidentally descarted items":

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

Slow deliveries may currently be more noticeable because you now have a cart to which you can add multiple items. (This wasn't the case with the old Xstreet, which closed for purchases in October 2010.) Unfortunately, we can only send so many items at a time.
