how do you find out what has scripts and how many it has?

I am not allowed to play some games cause of the number of scripts I am wearing - how do you find out what has sripts and how many?

There are script counter devices that will tell you this.  One example:  https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/JK-Personal-Script-Counter/5933629  Search the Marketplace for "script counter" for many others.

Two categories of things that have a lot of scripts:  HUDs, especially multipurpose devices like the Mysti-Tool, and hair or jewelry with re-size scripts.  Many of the latter can be copied, and the scripts deleted from the version you wear everyday.  Save a scripted copy in case you want to edit the item again later.

Open World >>> About Land >>> General and click the Script Info button.  Then choose the Avatar (or My Avatar) tab.  It will show you all the scripts you are wearing and where they are attached.
