Avatar looks like a particle cloud

Hi I cant see my avatar, it looks like a particle cloud

I already followed the troubleshooting on the Knowledge Base, but sitll have the same issue.

Can please somebody help me?? What can I do??

Try this:

Go somewhere private with little lag (hard to find, I know). 

Remove everything you have on including HUD attachments.  Firestorm and/or RLV bridges should be ok to leave on.  This will probably not fix your cloud issue but stranger things have happened and we need to rule out the possibilities.  Anyway, on to the real solution ...

Replace your shape, system skin, system eyes and system hair.  That's SYSTEM hair, not your good hair.  This will probably be called a bald cap, eyebrow shaper of something like that but the inventory icon is a head in profile.  These 4 things are required for any avatar to be rendered.  If any one is corrupt, you become a cloud.  When you replace the broken part, you will finish ressing.

I have found that most of the time all I need to do is start to modify my shape, I have also seen that when I am a cloud I do not have a shape on or listed as being worn.

I wore a simple avatar and the issue was fixed. Then I add my mesh things back. And for now, everything looks ok.
