why can't i teleport into the game?

had an account for a while but never really used it. Just reset my password and now I can't teleport into the game..

Hi Miew,

Do you mean you can't log-in? Teleporting is something you do after you're in-world? You don't appear to have a profile, so it's possible you have never logged into Second Life. You must be on a computer that supports the SL viewer application, which you must download and launch. You'll find the viewer application via the "Download Second Life" link at the bottom of this page.

perhaps too easy ... do you auto login?... your pw will not be changed for the viewer yet, do it manually
