I have no idea which product you are talking about, but nobody here can do anything about it anyway.  If you have read the instructions and still cannot get it to work properly, contact the merchant or creator and ask politely for help.

The VAW XTC **bleep** is a product sold by Renegade Gray.  I suggest you put it on, right-click it, and select EDIT. Look for the creator. I think it should be Renegade Gray. But, marketplace sales and in-world sales may be different. They do use affiliates sales people. Most of the vending machins in store have Renegade's name.

The product has 129 reviews as of today. The first few I have looked at are positive. So, the product does work.

Since the store is in a region owned by Renegade, I suspect there are many satisfied customers. It takes some sales to support a region.

Make sure you understand the directions. There should be a note card in the package that tells how to use, edit, and get help. If you have edited it, you may have broken it... (Oh... that sounds so bad.) There is a Redelivery Terminal in the store.
