While Rolig is right (basic math.  Area = length x width), there actually IS no land with those dimensions.

The reason is that the smallest dimension that land can be is 4 meters x 4 meters.  So every real piece of land in SL has dimensions that are divisible by 4.  You could have a land parcel that is 32m x 28m = 896 m2, or land that is 28m x 24m = 672 m2, but not a parcel that's 31 x 27.

Perhaps you are looking at the dimensions of an object like a house and wondering if it will fit on your land?  You'll need a parcel that's at least the size of my first example, 32 x 28m.

As a practical matter, land generally does not come in exactly that size, although it COULD.  Most often, you will find parcels that just fit into one of the tier levels.  So you will typically find these sizes:

32 x 16 = 512

32 x 32 = 1,024

32 x 48 = 1,536 (fits within the 1024 tier level when the tier free 512 Premium land bonus is applied)

64 x 32 = 2,048

64 x 40 = 2,560 (fits within the 2,048 tier level when the tier free 512 Premium land bonus is applied) 

64 x 64 = 4,096

64 x 72 = 4,608 (fits within the 4,096 tier level when the tier free 512 Premium land bonus is applied) 

...and also these sizes, because they fit within the tier levels IF they are owned by a group and take advantage of the 10% tier bonus:

560, 1124, 1688, 2,252, 2,816, 4,504, and 5,068.

Although parcels are usually rectangular, they don't have to be.  Irregular parcels do exist.  A land parcel can be any shape that you can assemble with a handful of 4x4 meter squares.

Land does not have height.  And you already know what size it is .... 31 m by 27 m, so that's 837 sq m.
