Dressing not working

Any and all help is greatly apprecitated.

I have used " wear", "add" . clothes, body parts,items o not load. what am i doing wrong ?

mostly this is caused when you try to wear system( =textures pasted on the avatar itself) clothes on a mesh avatar.

Mesh avatars only can wear clothes by appliers or special sized mesh clothes, some also the standard sized mesh clothes with the help of alpha masks. (=hiding body parts)

 

If you want to wear system clothes you need a standard avatar shape and skin.

My money is on server restarts causing problems.  Many people were having similar problems.
