late payments and locked accounts

Hiya, I had a couple questions! Insight would be much appreciated :)

How long does one have to go arrears on their tier payment w/ LL before they lock their account? Also, how long does a sim stay up until it's finally removed from the grid?

"You cannot make a payment until you have received an invoice (bill), after which you have 30 days to pay for it. Late payment may result in your island being shut down and the possibility of lost inventory on the island. Invoices for maintenance will be emailed when the payment schedule is ready for renewal."

I would have a one on one with a Linden as this information should really come from the horses mouth.

Its a tricky question at the moment because the payment system has been so messed up that a lot of accounts have gone bad through no fault of the the account holder. There have been a couple of blogs saying people won`t be penalised for payment system errors and another one the other day saying they are taking other steps to fix some.
