Not a very clear question so you might get many guesses.

If it is a linden home click on the control panel by the door. It should open a web page where you can change the textures that decorate your house.

If you bought a bathroom it may be in a box which you have to unpack. Drag it from your inventory onto the floor in your house and then right click and select Open. Copy to inventory. Then drag out the individual items and position them how you want.

Welcome to Second Life, Dawn!

Second Life has a pretty steep learning curve, so get ready. I suggest you read these...

Before you can rez your bedroom, you'll need land. If you purchased a Premium Membership, you have your choice of a Linden Home or 512m2 of mainland. I'd recommend starting with a Linden Home, as the house doesn't count against your prim allowance. You can find out more about Linden Homes here...

https://secondlife.com/land/lindenhomes/member.php

If you are not a Premium member, you'll have to rent land somewhere, or make a one time payment to "purchase" the rights to some amount of mainland, which will thereafter incur a rental fee called "tier". If you choose the later, you're probably better off going Premium. And I think the first month of Premium membership is currently half price. You'll be billed at the normal rate after that.

If you don't want to spend regularly for land rental, keep your bedroom stowed away and do like many of us do, wander SL as a Nomad. You can have a heck of a lot of fun here without spending anything.

You'll have more questions, I'm sure. But dig though some of those pages first. There's a lot to learn.

Again, welcome aboard!
