unable to visit adult places even after setting up my pp account and buying lindens

i cant change setting to adult can you help i have set up pp and bought lindens can you advise please?

They might ask for RL details to confirm you are of legal age.

Having a payment method on file is great, but it has nothing to do with your Maturity settings.

When you registered for Second Life, you entered your birth date.  

If you are 18 or older, you should be able to change your maturity preferences to Adult.  Do this in three places:

1. Me/Preferences/General tab
2. Search (CTRL+F)
3. The Marketplace section of this website

If you are 18 or older and the maturity choices are grayed out, you are experiencing a bug that affects some people.  File a Support Case and Linden Lab will help you.

NOTE:  A lot of Adult places don't allow avatars who have accounts under 30 days old to visit them.  This is because many troublemakers create new accounts and then use them to bother people.  Be patient, and in the meantime visit any of the thousands of places that DON'T place a restriction on new avatars.
