if you are this long time here you could know the forums are user based. Nobody here can help you with account settings.

If things are greyed out or not available you will have to send in a ticket to support.

Your Maturity choices are set in three different places:

• In your Preferences (CTRL+P), General tab
• In Search (CTLR+F)
• In the Marketplace section of this website, up at the top of the window.

If you are 18 or older in Real Life, and any of those choices are grayed out, then you will need to file a Support Case using the Help/Support section of this site.  Use Account Issue as the issue type.
