Is there anyway to cancel my premium membership and get a refund it was just taken out today

you can terminate it at any moment, but you don't get refunds. And you will be premium till the payd period ends.

Because you pay upfront, you are now premium at least till this period ends, most likely your cycle ended yesterday and you can't end it backwards in time.

If you own land, end the subscription close to the end date or you won't be able to hold it before your start the downgrade.

Your stipend will be given till the end date of the subscription.

Log on to secondlife.com, click on "Account" and then on "Premium Membership". Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and change your membership to "Basic" and don't forget to click on the "Change Membership" button.

As Alwin said, no refunds but at least they won't charge you again.

Edit: forgot to mention, if you own a Linden Home or a mainland parcel you have to get rid of that before you can cancel the premium.
