  1. The area seems like it might have some people in it which is what I am looking for - not tons of people but certainly not overly quiet!
  2. I understand this has no water in immediate surrounding but it is a stones throw from the sea and has the beautiful station/post office and lookout area across the road. I experimented with it yesterday to see who felt it desirable seems a couple of new owners did not and now it is mine again. I like it here there is a sense of people coming in and out on the train not just an empty line. Reminds me of the Victorian seaside towns here in the UK...
  3. The one build that makes upset is the Victorian style add on for the traditionals. It is huge. I like the creator's work and have myself smaller add ons from them. But everytime I see it in traditional places I feel out of theme and blocked usually from my surroundings.
  4. Glad you like that I caught and released it five times yesterday - I knew someone would love it!!
  5. I agree - this week I had a home in Donovan and one in Guppy - I remember waiting on those to be released months ago. I love Washburn and Fourze too.
  6. Weirdly enough one of my "mes" got a Lockspur home today that we really like - it's going to be tough choosing between a few of them in a week or so, (I am going to have to keep Saltmarsh regardless I love it!)
  7. My alt just landed a parcel that had a well known Linden in it - in fact I think I landed on their head! They were super nice and stayed to say hi - nice surprise for me today! 😊
  8. That's great - I am not looking for a boat so I let it back again and mentioned it because it is a great place! Sometimes we curiosity click also often we never mention them. Some great ones recently though
  9. Putting this boat back - Fishtown corner next to the lighthouse (and some other stuff!): https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Fishtown/204/180/0
  10. Even though I keep LL in tea and biscuits with my monthly alt problem I don't want my own island that badly. Good amount to raise for the charity regardless!
  11. It's a fine line for me with privacy - houseboats = no way enough. Campers pretty much and the houses usually enough. But a whole island would be too isolating for me. Probably - maybe depends on the kinds of islands they build next I've been to Greene Island but not Ebb Tide...
  12. Thank you I had never been down here - station just across the road - nicely done!
  13. They are auctioned I think for charity and events. I decided not to bid on this and put the money into voting for the linden decorators and ebbe linden bear - I did not want to be alone on an island! (probably the only person in Bellisseria who feels that way). Anyone here live in Red Hook and intend to stay? I have landed a parcel there and I really like it I am going to see how that goes...
  14. I put that Kahuna beach home back again about five minutes ago if anyone looking!
  15. Another dream beachy (green) traditional at Kahuna on the sea front going back now : https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Kahuna/68/24/0
  16. It's back in - also another pond side trad at : https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Levity/76/60/0
  17. I will be putting someone's dream trad back in (next five minutes) in Donovan. Check the location! https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Donovan/228/112/0
  18. There will always be GOH players it is addictive and fun for some time especially with new region excitement and new themes - until all the themes are out the game will still be played and probably some time after. It's not a game against others in my opinion just one against yourself and the system. But it can make things difficult if people scoop up more than one in the same region and keep them for a long period - this will always seem unfair. They can do that though as they have paid per account. As a hopper (one who came to find a community) I am now seeing the benefits of finding regions where people are sticking and also to find a home on my main account for ease of use.
  19. I keep landing homes there post release as others are but this high turnover is exact reason I would not bed down so to speak!
  20. Lots of those homes there are going round and round you still have a chance!
  21. I've been in Belli Hoppers group for a long time - I do want now to settle in a region and hope that others settle too. If I land a home in a region that is changing hands a lot I won;t stay there either ....(ebbe tide?)
  22. There are so many contenders - I gave Hornpipe back because I picked up a Pearlcoast boat and that is a location I really like. But then my main just got a trad that from the map looks wonderful. And yet there is my Saltmarsh dream. There are too many you just have to resign yourself to one or to hopping as a vocation I think
  23. I let one out there and one in Hornpipe too they were both well situated
