Yes, I definitely think it would be interesting to see the before and after. It would be a really interesting thread, would bring a whole different set of people into it I think too.
The lovely thing about this particular thread is it's very inclusive, all types of avatars are here, and most are raw shots.
(Below, three are mine all logged in at the same time which I wouldn't be able to do now, one is a cute friend who I haven't seen in a long while but who I miss very much. Nearly killed my computer, but just to keep this thread on topic and to show a little bit of diversity.)

I didn't read their post like that at all. Have I missed something, some spat between the pair of you or something? I honestly thought it would be a good idea to have a new thread started showing what is possible with AI software.
As someone who just takes rough snapshots, and has never even used photoshop or gimp, I became quite fascinated with AI software last year, and whenever a photo has appeared in this thread that looks enhanced in some way, I'd quite like to know how it was done, but not on this thread as it would change the essence of this thread, which isn't really one where much discussion goes on, it's mostly just a place for everyone to share what their avatar looks like today.

While I have never heard the word/term "headcanon", the back story I have always had about Second Life is that it could "poof" at any time, all the servers are plugged into one very long gang plug now, and one day a new cleaner will come along, and use the only socket in that room for their floor polisher.

Granted, everything in wrestling IS real, in that when someone in the ring is in a headlock, the entire audience feels it too, and when someone is thrown to the ropes, all the audience are moved against their will across the room. It's rocky but it's real!

I had something similar happen, but Mine was kind of in the opposite direction.. Someone TP me to their sim because they wanted to take some pictures today, but wanted me to come there so we could plan out the shots last night..
All I did was watch them walk in some animation in circles around me, then every 5 minutes it felt like, I would see if they were still there by asking a question like, So did you want to talk about the shots or lay out some backgrounds or something? Then get a short response like, Yes.
Then after, trying to get blood out of a turnip for what felt like an hour in real time, They started to do some silly emotes where they slapped my butt or did something that was about touching me.. Finally I just poofed out of there.. I started to think to myself, It's Friday night, what am I doing here?!
It felt so life sucking.. Out of all the preverts that exist.. I think the Snail Preverts are the most life sucking time consuming preverts of them all..
I wonder what their impact is on the environment from how many bushes they have beaten around.. I wish they would just get to the point rather than work up the courage after an hour or so of acting like there is another reason we are there..
All I'm gonna do is poof on them, What are they so scared of that they have to take an hour sucking up the life of others?

To make it worse, I had forgotten it was Friday night because I had changed my schedule around and had been working unpaid since 9am.
They just give you complete and utter brain fog these energy-stealing, immature, unfixable, unlikeable wretches.
Can't fix him, can't kill him, CAN use the ignore feature LOL (not on here, he's from real life but on Facebook) - he said to me "Let me give you something",... long pause ... and then gave me his phone number and I'm like, WTF am I supposed to do with that, because I need a record of this conversation because I cannot believe yet again I have gone and fallen foul of another narcissist.
Is it a disease that's spreading, narcissism, because they sure do seem to be popping up all over the place lately.
Pet delight: That it is Saturday, I have glorious quiet time, and plenty of reading material. I am actually relieved the bonfire party was cancelled this evening because of the torrential rain we've been having.
And I have cake. The world is always better with cake

Like everyone else who has been here more than a week, I've had some pretty bad days on the forums. There are people here who, in my opinion, seldom if ever put forth anything from their keyboards but pure excrement. But if I let that put me into some victim/abuser mindset, then I'm only victimizing myself.
It's all just words. You can't control other people. They can say anything they want, and the mods decide if it's going too far.
And this is exactly as it should be. welcome to reality.
My current ignore list on the forums is at 0. And funnily enough, since un-ignoring everyone, nothing anyone has said has offended me in the least.
The simple answer as to why?
I think it should be obvious to anyone who can be honest with themselves.
I used to have a zero block list too, until last year.
It's marvellous. I am grateful for the feature. It saves a lot of wear and tear on the scroll wheel of my mouse.

Ghost US
The American version of Ghosts which has been showing in its entirety on BBC iPlayer. The difference between American and British humour is very apparent but both versions are tremendously funny. It is perfect viewing for yet another gloomy rainy day.

You could use your same argument about' secrecy and power' over ban lines and security orbs. You have a choice to grow a thicker skin too, not to let people goad you, because you are coming across as someone who just does that.
No one would give a hoot if you left the forum. They wouldn't notice or care. And they would find someone else to goad or laugh at.
Just continue to be you, post if and when you want to, but get your head from up your own bottom and run around for a while, enjoy all that is on offer in world and on these forums.
