Poppies were the only flowers that bloomed across some of the worst battlefields of flanders in World War I, they represent today the blood spilled during this terrible war. "Flanders fields poem" was written by Canadian Lieutenant Colonel John McCrae on 3 May 1915, after he witnessed the death of his best friend ....*meows*

Snuff the candles and go to sleep. By dawn the curse will be broken and you will once again find that feeling of "blessedness" that you lost.
