Its been quite a while now and still we have just as many delivery problems. The main problem seem to be when people use the cart system. I wish LL would just get rid of the thing.

I really do wish LL would take some responsibility for delivery failure. Time after time it is the Merchant that has to deal with an angry customer who has paid their money and not got the item. It is the Merchant that has to explain that he has no way of knowing if the item reached them or not. When payments don't go thru and a customer pay their money and gets no item, they IM the Merchant, only to be told by the Merchant that they can not refund their money as they DO NOT have the money as its LL who has it. When you tell customers this they think YOU the Merchant are cheating them. In many cases you do not just loose a sale but good will and a potential customer. Legend Hye

Nooo.... they are not pissed at you. They are on a break at the moment so really don't have the time to waste their time here.

Yes, I agree. The delivery system should be fixed first, before developing anything else new.

I and many other SL customers think the new SLM was rushed and pushed at us. There really was no communication with merchants, most of the time you totally ignore us. The Marketplace seems to be better than it was a few weeks ago...YES. But its still not good enough to replace Xstreet. If you took the time to look at the Commerce forums you would see how unhappy people are about the new Marketplace. There are some people here that no matter what goes on right or wrong will alway side with LL, the LL cheerleaders. Then there are those who will always be negative and say how bad LL is. Then there are those like my self who tell it as they see it. If you do a good job will pat you on the back and say good job. But as far as the Marketplace goes I would have to say you have done a totally terrible job. Legend Hye
