I really do wish LL would take some responsibility for delivery failure. Time after time it is the Merchant that has to deal with an angry customer who has paid their money and not got the item. It is the Merchant that has to explain that he has no way of knowing if the item reached them or not. When payments don't go thru and a customer pay their money and gets no item, they IM the Merchant, only to be told by the Merchant that they can not refund their money as they DO NOT have the money as its LL who has it. When you tell customers this they think YOU the Merchant are cheating them. In many cases you do not just loose a sale but good will and a potential customer.
