  1. Hi, the other day I tried to change some shoes to a different colour option and they ended up like this:

    Firestorm-Releasex64 6.6.8.68380 - Liaa Nova (gyazo.com)

    Like clear tape with lilac soles. The other colours on the HUD changed fine and the next day it was back to normal

    Then when going to a Linden home everything was pixellated almost, but soon went ok again

    Tonight I used the HUD to change textures on a kitchen and get this:

    I've cleared texture cache by following Firestorm's instructions, restarted pc and am trying to find the whitelist on my antivirus in case it needs that, but this is recent

    I also tried the SL viewer with the same issue

    Could this be my graphics card dying?

    We're women, no prefix needed. If you've been anywhere online you will know literally thousands of women are saying please do not call us this, we are women. (Yes, I know where it comes from and I don't care). This term is highly offensive to the majority of women who understands it. I'm sure you didn't mean to be offensive, but I couldn't just let it go as it's just as bad as many other things said vice versa

    They reply to your support ticket to say it's all set. You can request any home in maintenence just not SSP regions or ones people live in ofc

  4. I played Afterlife and decided I'd rather be a Thrall than a Lycan, only once changed you couldn't go back to being a Thrall so I created alt 1 and she was a Thrall. Later on she became a Demon in A&D as my main was an Angel and I decided I'd like one of each species. Right now she is used for testing things such as security systems, or if I have a problem and want to know if she sees it too, and she occasionally is the one to play A&D

    Alt 2 was created as I needed 2 alts for work and only had 1. She is for business and also acts as the bank

    Silly wild guess: I keep wondering if maybe there is "another" Voodoo ban list. Someone spoke of specific drama, you never know if maybe there's a list you can't see (on Voodoo). And if you get on that list, it's hard to get off it.

    I went to the store, clicked the unban list and entered the number in local chat onto the website, then it informed me there is no ban for my name, so who knows. Lindens have said the estate owner needs to look on the all estates category, but this is an experienced, well known estate owner who I assume knows all of that. I have let the estate owner know what the Lindens said so she can double check, but it's not looking promising so I guess I'll have to keep asking region owners to unban me one by one, as they have been doing.

    But before you do that, Alwin has a good point. You said you contacted the "land owner". But have you contacted the ESTATE owner? You should do that before filing your support case...or better yet, if the Estate Owner cannot solve the problem, THEY should file the support case, or both of you submit one, each referencing the other's report.

    This is a great idea, ty. Yes I contacted the estate owner and she doesn't see my name on her ban list. I realise I can be banned for any reason, including randomly picking a name from search and banning it (as I've never been to any of these regions) but it was a ban that should have been regional not estate (the estate owner explained that to me the first time I asked for it to be removed, and she did remove it). I think I will ask her to also send a support ticket (I did mean support, not AR, sorry for not being clear)

    Years ago I had a brother who rented a region from a well known land baron. He decided to ban me from the estate, not just the region when we fell out. I first knew of this when I tried to teleport to a friend's home and it said I was banned. Having never been there, we didn't know why so contacted the land owner, who removed the ban and explained the brother had banned me from estate, not region.

    Fast forward a few years and I find I'm banned from many regions owned by the same land owner, mostly stores and always regions I have never been to. I contacted the land owner again, who looked and said she didn't see any bans in my name. When I contacted the individual stores to get it removed, one showed me a screenshot that the land owner had been the one to ban me.

    Moving on a few more years, I just got back in touch with the land owner as it's still happening and once again, she can't see me on her ban list. I then contacted another store I'm banned at and they also can't see me on theirs. I checked with this Voodoo security and it says I'm not banned, so it isn't to do with that. Does anyone have any ideas before I file a support ticket please? I guess the original land owner could be lying, but she has no reason to and has always been very pleasant and helpful when I speak with her, and the store owner also has no reason to lie about it (I had never been to his store)

    Regions that start with SSP are still in progress and under construction and not released yet. I would not try to request a parcel in an SSP region simply because it may change and there is no guarantee when the region would be released. The turn around time for such a ticket like that could be weeks or months rather than days or hours.

    Yes, be sure to state you are Premium Plus and put in the parcel coordinates (be sure the coords are well inside the parcel) and then check your ticket status or email frequently because the Support Desk communicates via ticket.   If it is available, you will get an email / ticket update saying your home is all set.  When you go there, it will probably still say Linden Home as the name, but your name will be on there as the parcel owner  :)

     

    Thanks! Do you know if we can put in for SSP region homes too? (The homes are built just say SSP)
