  3. I'm making a tight undershirt for men and weighted it with fitted mesh bones, but have the problem it still doesn't fit all the shapes properly. For example, increasing the torso muscle gives some deformation to the shirt, but the body will pop out after a certain amount. As i did some look-up on the topic, i found out the body uses morph targets while fitted mesh objects uses collision bones to alter the shapes. My question is, it does mean that tight undershirts are impossible to make, or is there a way to do it? Like making morph targets for the shirt or something?
  4. Hey there, I am making a mesh mechanical arm and I look for a solution to only hide the right (or left) arm of the avatar. The avatar body UVs has mirrored arms, which makes both arm disappear when I use alpha mask. If anyone know something to solve this, please leave a comment. Thank you

  6. Hey, is there any way (without manually deforming my character into the T pose) to rig a not T-posed character (arms placed lower, legs in a triangle shape) to the default T-posed SL skeleton? Im using blender.
  7. I am seeking for a good animator who would be willing to make custom animations. What i am looking for is a guy/gal who would be able to make all the character animations for my planned store. The store would make mesh avatars, mostly little dwarf sized ones. These characters needs to be fully animated, that means walk and run cycles, idle, jumping and possibly some other specific animations. The characters also going to be cartoony, so they can't have very realistic animations, their movement has to be stylized and exagerated. A bit at least. If needed, i can provide the dev files (.blend/.dae) for every character. Ability of rigging them is an advantage, but not required, i can do that myself. What you would be resposible for in short: - rigging the avatars (optional) - fine-tune the rig if needed - making for the avatars perfectly fitted animations (keyframe or mocap it's up to you, just be good) - giving a bit of cartoony feel to their movement - finishing what you have undertaken in acceptable period of time - i'm think that's all!   15. Thanks for your answer Ashasekayi Its pretty sad it doesnt get exported, i hope there will be a solution for this soon. My work around was to stretch the AV mesh limbs inside blender to fit the default skeleton, then scale down the av shape in SL. It doesnt give the best result, but works somehow. Would you share your experiences after you tried to solve this in poser? Im not familiar with that app.
  16. Hey, im have a problem i faced when doing tiny mesh avatars (like a dwarf-sized). I used Wiz Dexters plugin to import the tiny AV shape into blender (xml). Its get imported but the proportions of the torso, legs, arms isnt correct. Its get loaded with standard sizes, not tiny, dwarfy sizes i set inworld. Is there any solution for this? I need the perfect proportions in blender to match the inworld bones to get perfectly rigged av.

  19. I have similiar issues, my physic hull wraps around only a submesh...
  20. Hey, Im playing around to make a collide box around my mesh via browsing other file in the physic tab at upload. The trouble is the uploader changes the real size of the physic mesh i make and its get wraps around a little submesh only instead of the whole mesh. The collide box dimensions are the same in the dae file as the object, scale and rot values resetted to the default, still wrong. Any ideas? Image attached Thanks
