I just explained it very clearly. I'm sorry if you didn't understand what I said. I've been around here since 2009. I think I know how things operate around here by now. I'm
    not some drooling WoW player
that just signed on to SL last week or something. I know what happened, I know how it happened and I'm taking care of it. Other Merchants be warned, it can happen to you too.

    Case Closed.

Tsk. Don't need to diss WoW players to prove any point of yours.  I do not drool unless my mouth is full of something that tastes good. :matte-motes-bored:

  2. Nice to see a longer post, in excellent English, and posing a question that requires more thought than a C&P from the Answers Forum.  Refreshing!

Venus has been in SL nearly 9 years.  I tend to dress her in whatever pleases her operator on a given day (occasionally more than once in a day).  I don't pay much attention to the age factor although she has worn skin that appears a bit older (just to one friend, mind you, who I think doesn't wear her glasses as often as she should).  What has improved is the quality of mesh clothing and accessories.  I am much more picky because I can be.

So, no, Venus has not aged much in the past nine years but she's learned a few things along the way.

P.S. I still have those boots you like.

I saw the notice yesterday that there was a delay in the weekly Stipend but I have yet to recieve mine. Just wondering if they are still being delayed so should they be contacted?

You might try to contact Mirandaaaaa.

  4. It's also good if you let your inventory populate before trying to add or remove things.  Open your inventory and watch the number at the bottom of the box advance until the elipsis (. . .) is gone.  Then try to remove things.  There are some things you cannot remove or detach such as skin or shapes.  Those must be replaced.

I do not see how these snarky answers contribute to solving the user's problem with their avatar. Sure, the user could have proofread what they wrote. Certainly, it would help others understand what he or she is trying to convey. However, this is the
    Your Avatar
    forum, not the
    Your English
    forum.

    As for eye problem,
you could make your own texture in photoshop
and apply it to a sphere. That may take some messing around with the texture's scale and rotation to get it right though. There are also other already made eyes, and places in world such as Spare Parts and Chimera may sell them.

To one who admits to not having experience modifying things, you suggest that they make a texture in PS.  You assume they have PS and know how to make a texture, then mess around with the scale and rotation.  Really?

ETA:  To say nothing of the obvious that my reply was intended to be pun-ny. :matte-motes-bored:

  6. I assume you are using the correct skin applier on your belleza body.  There should be a notecard in the pack with the belleza body describing how to correct any neck gap. Sometimes you need to adjust the size of the neck using edit appearance. Also, the HUD should let you pick the neck size you've selected.

Key to getting the neck seam to fade/disappear is to look at it using the Nam's Optimal Skin windlight.  Good luck!

First, I have never really modded anything before. I just bought this Maned Wolf body and I bought the head and ears.
Well I got the instructions and read them carefully I was supposed to transfer a script under the content tab but it kept dissappering and I was so confused and on top of that I didn't know which script I was supposed to put under there and I am looking for a nice pair of eyeballs I have tired looking for Curious Inc liek that notecard suggested but there wasn't any so reccommendations are welcome
I really wanted this to look good so I appericate anyhelp!

I didn't know being a furry was so much hard work it's like to have to put leggos together, jesus.

  8. As one who has DJ'ed in SL for several years I can say that patrons come and go.  There seems to be no rhyme or reason why some days/times are busier than others.  It doesn't even necessarily have to do with the quality of staff on hand.  Perhaps some, like you, were put off by the displays you saw.  Who knows.

  9. The only place you can go to is technical support (filing a ticket or live chat if you are premium member).  Linden staff do not read these forum.

In future, you can ensure that both you and your gf use strong passwords (and different passwords from each other) and avoid phishing scams.  You each can control your own behavior but you cannot control each others' behavior so you might consider using separate credit cards just to keep life simple.

You mean like he is moderated on CNBC?

    Wow.

Well, no. Your OP regarded this forum's reaction.  I cannot speak for the softball questions CNBC asked of all the candidates.  (e.g, 'What is your biggest weakness?')  Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

The alternative reaction here would be 'awestruck' at his celebrity (yawn).  There are starf**kers everywhere.
