I don't know of any way to achieve what you seek. Have you asked the inworld Firestorm Support Group? They're available 24/7.

If you use the Firestorm viewer, you don't need a HUD because the viewer comes with an AO built in. All you need to do is load up your sits, stands, etc and go.  No notecard necessary!  You can use it for dances and poses as well.

Using the Firestorm AO also reduces lag since no HUD is involved.

If you move to a private region, make sure you check the covenant with regards to script usage and breedables.  I see some regions where breedables are acceptable but they are required to turn off the scripts that make them move about and otherwise cause lag.

One thing you did not mention was the windlight you used when looking at your skin against the lolas.  Use Nam's WL.  It will give you the best view of any difference between skin and other appendages.

If a group moderator cannot moderate the group (control who is in the group, who initiates group chat, if any, etc), I leave the group.  There is nothing more annoying to spend my SL time with constant pings from a group that is not moderated.

You would have been better off investing in a mesh body. You can use the sliders to increase breast slide and there are no boundaries between boobs and your 'normal' skin.  Mesh clothing will accommodate a mesh body even with larger breasts.  A bit of research would have saved you the angst you are now experiencing.  Live and learn.

You can also look into taking a few free building/texturing courses offered in SL.  That alone may give you the confidence to so some of these things yourself or at least have the knowledge to understand what someone you hire is telling you.

I gather from the comments what was in your original OP.  I remember standing near a bed with adult animations in my home several years ago.  An avie across the river IMed me and we started chatting about scenic sims to visit.  I cammed so that I could see the avie and was in IM with them for about 10 minutes. When I cammed back, I saw my avatar was in an adult animation (this happened even though I was not on the bed).  I don't know how this occurred but I found it amusing.

Your friend sounds like they need to beef up their security, stay off of/away from adult furniture when they are afk (or, better, just log out) and get a sense of humor.

That's unfortunate.  I recall back in 2008 when I was a concierge customer a Linden came to an adjacent parcel to remove a sailboat that kept rezzing and lagging the rest of the sim.

I suppose your recourse is to move.

I don't use the mini map for that. If I need to locate an object I believe that I have misplaced, I use the 'show' feature under land objects.  It may take some time, but I always find it.

I also suggest that you take an intro build class or two (there are many free classes in SL such as at Builders Brewery) and learn some of these simple tools.
