Voice is a problem with any computer, so it must be the server, I particularly use skype while in SL when with friends, I do not like the SL voice server

Why dont you spend good money on finding every single thing, to creat a unique style, that would be more fun, than expecting one person to have the skills to do all that you are asking for, it is not possible, because a good creator, is a good creator doing for example, skin, but not other things or if they do good hair, they dont do skin, you do not want a jack of all trades master to none, I do believe you would have more fun using all that money making a really good unique style by shopping around
