I am having this issue, and I do not use the firestorm viewer. Support says there is no fix yet and the engineers are still working on it. April 27th, 2024.

Thank you for this article. My problem is solved. Basically, I could not see the body tattoo layers which made the neck blend impossible when you can't change your body skin essentially. Now I can see the body skin, which was made to match the head (velour tone).

This happened to me, where the front and side camera buttons stopped working. It was my legacy body that I was wearing. I changed it to a different box of the same body ( I guess I had unpacked it a couple of times when I bought it so I had multiple copies of the body). I wore a different body and the controls work again now.
