As one who never objected to the creation to said subsection here, but questioned it' s motivation : so what is requested for is eventually coming anyway if forum sections are adapted to these community-pages by LL themselves ? Do I understand correctly ?

Here we go again. I don't feign to be better than 'this' or 'you' or 'others'. You avoid hard numbers here and just toss in percentages which seem much, but do not hold value. How many actual persons ? A million ? Hundreds of thousands ? Ten thousands ? Less ? A hundred ? A few ? And how does this relate to the numbers in SL ? With about 40K ( roughly estimated ) users ? LGBTQ+ make up all of those ? 50 % ? 10 % ? Perhaps even 1% ? How many actual cases were seen here during all these years the forums pleading for immediate dire help with their LGBTQ+ - issues ? 10 ? 50 ? 100 ? I doubt it's that much. But yeah ... I'm the only one using lots of hyperbole. This could never be attributed to the group ( You, Luna , CP, and the non-contributing self-professed moderating hyena .. ) claiming to represent any LGBTQ+ in SL. You ... simply ... don't.

Right. So you do understand that incremenating this amendment on behalf of 'suffering' ( which is very debatable, especially in these forums ) is a path of totalitarianism and not freedom ? ETA : Aside from this forum being under scrutiny of corporate censorship.

If values like empathy and accountability exceed the importance of freedom of speech, then why are they not the first amendment of the U.S. ? No. To me the discussion was already over since the whole principle of the first amendment was tossed away easily by so-called socialists claiming to ensure freedom at the expense of a silenced few in a very a-social way.

Please provide examples of this in both this and the Non-Binary - thread. Where are these opinions that cause so much distress they need to be answered for ? And who will be judge or executioner ? Why these threats ? Where's the blood ? Where's the body ? Where's the crime at all ?

No. Not in the slightest. Then I do wonder what or who you are actually afraid of here in these forums or what is so urgent about this extra subforum. Not that I dispute your right to ask for one. This is a shareholder company with it's own token. It has everything to do with money.

What will immediately justify it's existence is cold hard numbers. If there are enough appeals by enough concerned people who vote with their cash this company will oblige as swiftly as possible. If this is just a ruckus of a few claiming to represent a SL majority who are repressed minorities within real life I fear it will fall on deaf ears. But what do I know , right ?

If you are genuinely curious about the real reason for the request : it's about what is to be done about these unhelpful approaches and will restricting those making these approaches by creating a special ruled subforum, make all LGBTQ+ - people feel safer and accepted ? I hail those of the LGBTQ+ community who say : "We don't need that and remain in discussion, however awful, with those having contrary opinions to ours." I will not confront those who say : "We need this so bad LL , we cannot otherwise exist here." residing in the requested subforum should LL grant the request.

As a final from me : since you ask, I will comply. I doubt anyone else, belonging to any group, will guarantee you the same.
