Well I mean its all perception based, so someone can perceive someone differently to the other. I mean your avatar for example, to me does look like a child. Does not mean you are a child, or I am right. But that is how I perceive you from your photo.

Well it can be difficult to tell age by just looking directly at the face.

Subjective....based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions

As we've seen, it's highly subjective based on a number of factors.  Race, gender, age, social background.  What you see and what I see as adult differs.  Neither of us are right since they are our opinions.  That is what subjective means.

Again Not everything is subjective I wouldn't act like it is.(I don't get what so confusing about that)

Well that is something that is subjective. And I can see why people are cautious with certain looks. Does it make right. No. But yeah it happens.

Tbh I don't see how that's subjective since I can the difference between a child avatar and adult avatar some people aren't very bright.

  4. Some people can't seem to tell the difference from a child avatar and a adult avatar there's no point trying to reason with them they act like they are right they would do anything to prove themselves right even if they are worng there is no reasoning with people that far gone unfortunately.

You have previously said that some adult females are slim and some are not which is true.  If two avatars with the same shape are standing next to each other, the face would be the next indicator of approximate age.  It's , yes.  But overall, faces would be a better indicator than shapes.

Again faces alone cannot approximate age I doubt it is subjective and no faces are not a good indicator.(Don't get my word's twisted)

  6. Faces can tell age but bodies can't? What even is that logic? Faces alone cannot all bodies are different even adult and teen ones. People who think that don't even know how the real world works.(A youthful appearance can sometimes is tied to cuteness and can be a evolutionary trait this isn't necessarily a bad thing.)

Again, I really would wait to see what shakes down by the May 20th Roundtable.  Unless one's only interest in SL is a*eplay,  why jump the gun?  It may turn out that 'starting from scratch' is not necessary.  Many stranger things have happened over the years.

Unfortunately that tends to happen a lot in the forums.

Your comparing items becoming obsolete due to the march of time over years to forced compliance with a penalty of banning for non-compliance on short notice, in some cases with the need to replace the entire avatar and it's wardrobe.

You also still have the ability to access and use the stuff in your inventory, besides the rare broken item, they won't.

Not everyone will be able to afford to replace their avatars. SL is becoming a luxury that is getting increasingly hard to justify in today's economy. Nor will everybody want to, why would someone spend a bunch more money on a company that effectively just robbed them of years of time and investment? I wouldn't.

Ngl I would feel the same way.
