Going after does who are innocent instead of actual child groomers never helps anyone doesn't help if child groomers go scot free this never helps anyone.

Read your statement again.
It's not my intention to offend anyone like I said and it wasn't directly aimed at anyone like I said it's a genetic thing not just race thing.

Well look at your statement, you are basically painting a broad brush on every Asian person. When Asian people make up more than just your Eastern Asian counterparts, from like Japan Korea or China. I mean the Middle East is part of Asia too.
How is it basically painting a broad brush on every Asian person? Again it's not my intention to offend anyone.

I am offended by constantly bringing up that "Asian people look younger". It is exactly like if a white lady hollered, "Black don't crack!" (People of color also age more slowly / get fewer wrinkles sometimes.) Your statements are offensive and racist.
How is that racist? I didn't say it is a race thing and again it's also a genetic thing.

I think a avatar can be extension of yourself

That's more a physical object except a avatar is not it's digital it's just pixels on a computer screen.

A avatar is the same thing as a doll? Not quite it's not really the same thing as controlling a puppet well it's sort of like that but not exactly the same it's more like controlling a character in a video game except second life is more then just that it's a virtual world and besides not everyone roleplays in second life

Ah you're a puppet. I get it now. I'm sad I didn't see it before.
If you look it up on Google that's what it's says and no I am not a puppet.

I think the lack of empathy in this thread is astounding.

From my understanding, people who do bad things but don't have a guilty conscience, are called "psychopaths".
Well Psychopathy is a neuropsychiatric disorder marked by deficient emotional responses, lack of empathy, and poor behavioral controls, commonly resulting in persistent antisocial deviance and criminal behavior.

I think people who worry all the time about getting AR'd, have a serious case of "guilty conscience". This thread has brought a lot of that out.
Then again not everyone has a guilty conscience.

Then it would be up to LL to decide if they are or are not. Resident's still have the right to AR them if they believe they are.
I think that is where the disconnect with you is. Just because someone AR's you doesn't mean you did anything wrong. If you didn't then nothing to worry about, right?
Well people can misinterpret the policy on child avatars I'm pretty sure anime avatars won't be effected in a negative way why should they be AD'ed if they didn't brake TOS?

Luckily the policy states "child like" and not just "child", which would cover a lot of those anime avatars.
Well that's what I was trying to point out not all of them are child avatar's.

Peeve: People who looks shame and body shame and make fun of the way people dress.

I think not all anime avatars would be child avatars which is obvious some anime characters in fiction can be canonically a adult.

No, we said that subjective is a based on feelings, opinions and emotions.
I don't think that's necessary ture if said perspective or information is incorrect.

Yes you can. I mean sure once they hit teenagerhood, it is hard to tell. But anything under 10 you can definitely tell. Lol.
Well the would be a huge difference from a 10 year old and someone who is over 18.

Some people seen think subjective is based on influence age and background but again not everything is.

Not really, you can tell the difference between an adult and a child.
Not always.

We've discussed this. Subjectivity is me thinking your anime looks like a child. That's my opinion based on my age and background. You don't see anime as a child because of YOUR age and background. Societal influences come into play as well. That's subjectivity. Neither of us are right or wrong.
This has always been and always will be the case when determining an avatar's age in SL. There's just no way to avoid it.
Not everything is based on age or background.
So what changed in the Terms of Service?

Tbh I get the feeling that a modesty layer is a silly idea a creator of a child avatar can easily add that and btw mesh underwear aslo exists.
