My SL partner tried to update his password but his password manager didn't save the new crazy long password it created. So now he locked out of his account. He has tried the "Forgot password page and gets a blank white page after clicking submit. He has received nothing to his email. He then tried submitting a ticket as a guest because he can't login to the dashboard when he is a premium member. How long does it take for someone to get back to a premium member when they are locked out. They did receive the ticket he submitted with details but that was over 6 hours ago. Why is there no phone number to call if you are not logged in. This is so frustrating. How can I get him help getting back in. It was a pure accident. Can anyone suggest what to do?

I am trying to help a friend. He has done everything on that page that you reference above and nothing works. What is the next step?

Hello - I have been on SL for 9 months. I continue to have issues sitting, laying or any interactivity with furniture, rides, boats, surfboards with avatar being to low or disappearing in the furniture or what ever i am interacting with. So every single pose is always low and I have to adjust it. I am using the latest version of Firestorm and my avatar is full mesh. Can anyone suggest what i can do to fix this? Is there a setting that i am missing?

I updated to new Lara V5.0 but started having issues with the foot positions not working. So i was going to try and go back and wear some of my saved Outfits from when i was using the older version of the Maitreya Lara mesh body but that does not work. The V5.0 will not detach from avatar no matter what I do. So it appears that the avatar has 4 feet. Any suggetions?

I have had issues since I started. I think things are really screwed up. I don't want to just give up. I have spent to much time and money. If I delete my SL viewer and reinstall will that effect my Avatar, inventory or the studio i rent. I am to that point. Also No matter what we have done I can never see the full screen. I never see the top navigation. and when I use my mouse i have to go below where I want to click. Those are issues i have been dealing with but now with my camera angle messed up and my Hover height messed up i am not sure what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?

When I try to sit on a chair my avitar will assume the position but floats in that position maybe 4 to 6 feet up. I am using Firestore when this happens. When I go into my SL viewer only her head is above ground. Not sure what I did. Would I lose any inventory or avitars if I uninstalled the viewers? Can someone please help.🤪 Thanks, Renee
