  1. 1. Yes.

    2. I prefer standard usage. If I type something in all caps, it’s probably meant to be humorous. If I’m chatting and start typing without using the shift key, I’ve probably checked out of the conversation.

I avoid people who have a tendency to capitalize words that shouldn’t be.

  3. I use the frame rate limit to cap my fps at 60fps (because 60Hz monitors). After installing the Windows 10 2004 update, instead of getting 60fps, it's locked to the mid-30s. This has happened on two different PCs, with AMD and Nvidia GPUs. In the official viewer, Firestorm and Alchemy,

No, it's not that the performance has tanked with the update, if I turn it off, the frame rate shoots up to normal. The framespersecondlimit debug setting is locking the frame rate at something well below what it should be.

Please remove your feedback from our amazon listing.  NO i won't the feedback is still legit.  They also wanted picture proof (fair enough) but that resulted in a bloody finger :/

Update your review with a picture of your bleeding finger.

Please, there is a little more to it than that and whilst I'm not suggesting they weren't racist or condone their treatment of them, they certainly didn't go to war due to racism or racist reasons.

The south went to war over slavery, which is about as racist a reason as one can get.

Also find it highly amusing that you suggest with your tone and sentence that slavery was only inherently a racist system in the USA, it was a racist system EVERYWHERE.

I wanted to make sure it was clear I was specifically addressing slavery in the United States so that some confederate apologist wouldn't start throwing a bunch of irrelevant examples up against the wall.

The way America is going with trying to remove everything or anyone that had a hint of racial discrimination from history like it is doing with statues and military bases,

These are men who took up arms against the United States to preserve slavery. That’s a little more than a “hint of racism”. There is no legitimate reason for them to be honored with statues or have military bases named after them.

In some cases there may be an element of subjectivity as to whether an avatar (or other image) appears to be a minor. Objective factors which will be used to decide, including whether an avatar has childlike facial features, is child-sized, has clothing or accessories generally associated with children, and whether, based on the circumstances, an avatar is speaking or acting like a child ("My Mommy says...").

If you are in doubt as to whether an activity may be interpreted as *****, we request you err on the side of caution and desist. Please note that some countries' laws may impose penalties for graphics, drawings, or anime that resemble child pornography, even where no children have been involved.

There isn't a clear cut definition, but they give you guidelines and if you're in doubt, kick 'em out.
