how do you assign firestorm to it, i am bit lost

and whats really strange she has a nvidia card that shows up on her computers device manager, but isn't listing it on that viewer info

yeah, she checked to make sure drivers were current

Does anyone know why this is occurring, seems to have started since the last firestorm update. Once Advanced lighting mode is enabled, the viewer will freeze after a few seconds , everything seems fine when its not enabled. Things tried so far lowered graphic settings, such as speed and draw distance, uninstalled and reinstalled firestorm. If anyone has any ideas or possible solutions it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

thanks all for your replies i appreciate it, but's more of a side to side issue, then a height one it seems like the angles are wrong and the directions arent aligned, but it doesn't sound like there's an easy fix for this i guess

This is likely a newbie type question but me and my girlfriend are having issues getting animations to align using certain huds,, We are both pretty new and i dont know a lot of the technical stuff or terminology but we are trying to use things like walk and hugging huds and huds attached to objects and usually we are not in line or matched correctly. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated ,
