    As for the hair in TatianaNikolay's photo, it's an old gatcha hair from Tableau, from a windswept series she did, which was geared for bloggers and photographers.  For the life of me, I don't recall the name off the top of my head, but I do have that one, as well.  

    Actually it's from Argrace, but very similar to the Tableau Vivant one!

    Haha I have answers for all! Yes, the rainbow was a filter I added in PS. The boat trail is some waves my sister added to my island. Nope, shoes stayed on. The hair is from Agrace and it's called Kohaku. Hope that helps!
