I would need land close to a commercial or residential area. Dont wanna place the skyscraper in the middle of nowhere. Where would be the best place to get land ?

Well I wanted that house, but as you say it will require alot of prims to get it furnished. Also lots of money so I'm not 100% about that house. I wanna get some land and build a mansion, skyscraper or whatever. I would like to rent appartments to other residents. Thats possible right ? thanks

It doesnt really matter where it is as long as people can teleport there, of course some existing traffic is always good On the auctions there are just a few, should I check the forum instead ? When I buy land like 4096sqm or whatever, then Im paying the owner of the land a one time fee and then I pay monthly/weekluy rent to the owner of the region right ?

Maybe not the right place to ask, but couldnt find any forum for the firestorm viewer. I have problems with music (I think) cause wherever I go there are no sounds or background music. Some places asks me to allow stream from this domain and I click yes, but still no music in the speakers. What am I doing wrong here ? Thanks

Do you need to pay a monthly fee when you own land ? Another question is when I became a premium member I got a house, but its in a moderate area. Is it not possible to have one in an adult area ?
