I have the Maitreya Lara Mesh Body and I love it. My only real gripe is with clothing designers/makers who make outfits with appliers that will make them work with the Lara Body but include shoes that only work with Slink feet! The Lara Body has perfectly lovely feet so why would I want to buy another pair? This means of course that all the shoes in these outfits are useless to me. Some shoes are wearable with Slink and Belleza but not the Lara Body. Why cant they be made wearable for all or certainly the ones for which the outfit is wearable? This is all rather annoying since I'm paying the same price for the outfit but can only wear half of it. I would just like to know the thinking behind this because I am not going to be sheep herded into buying every foot on the market!

Ive given up wearing the head...sorry..its just so...ugly and ive had the ability to arrange my own features taken away from me. At that price there should be more choices than a regular SL head not none!!

Well my last comment got quite a few views but one reply..ok ..here goes....Ive just found another outfit purporting to have The Mesh Project Applier and it does....for the clothing. The shoes however, are for Slink feet only!! Why would it occur to me that the seller would include an applier for the clothes but not the shoes? Why do that and if you must why not make it clear? I just paid 5k for a body which has perfectly lovely feet ..why would i now go out and buy Slink feet which dont even fit the body and cant be edited? wt....??? So now I can only wear half the outfit and I think I should only pay half the price in such instances. Im sure a lot of you designers/sellers out there would have something to say about that and I should be delighted to hear from you. Also from The Mesh Project designers about how i can make this face look awake with open eyes and also how I can make the mouth look less like I injected an overdose of collegen into them.. Fishlips doesnt begin to cover it!

I have the body (which i love) and now the head. In the pack there are two heads, one retrofit one not. There is no explanation of the difference and how to choose which one. There is one alpha which says "for retrofit head only". So i wear the non retrofit head and my SL head can be seen in parts..so i wear the alpha with the retrofit head. I still dont know the difference or why there are two heads. To add insult to injury, the facial features cannot be changed with the sliders as can be done with the body. This you dont find out until you've bought the head and cant change the pointy chin, the thick nose and the too thick morose looking lips. You get absolutely nothing with the head for your 5k Lindens; not so much as a hairbase or one skin; oh sorry you get eyelashes that disappear as soon as theyre fitted cos theyre so thin. So, ive spent 10k Lindens (and that's not counting the skin for body and head i had to buy) so far and there is no customer support that i can see. Every notecard ends with "do not send support queries" or something like that. You can never get to the sim cos its always full (what's with that?)...so what do you do when the thing wont work and theres no one you can ask? Its a lot of money to be treated like a pest when you need help....I love the body so for now am persevering...but i need help with the head..the eyes are like slits...i look bored or angry. Ridiculous. Some help please creators!

I've just built my first bike. My front wheel pivots when i turn but i cant get the front fender to turn with the wheel. It looks ridiculous staying straight when the wheel turns Any advice please? Im using ACS.

E Styles has no skins!

It's not about mesh not being editable...you have to right click to sit on a bike or delete a shopping bag for instance and i crash every time if its mesh, whether i'm wearing it or not. You can go to preferences..firestorm..build and uncheck "highlight selected prim". That works for a while but it doesnt stay unchecked and suddenly its back on and craaaash. Also you have to be very careful that you've selected the right thing because of course its not highlighted. It's a constant struggle to stay online as more and more is mesh now. It's making SL a chore frankly which is not why we use it. Added to that is the "we don't care live with it..nothing we can do" attitude of the powers that be in SL and the viewer developers who aren't even trying to fix it. I'm sure there are a lot of ppl like me having this problem; ppl who spend a lot of money in SL and who may just leave because it's become ridiculous and everyone shrugs their shoulders and says"so what?".

I tried that fix and it works for about five minutes. Then you find that the thing is suddenly checked again so...craaasssh again. I can't ride my own bike or delete a shopping bag now because more and more is mesh all the time. How on earth can they know about this and not put a fix in and just think it's ok to leave us to struggle with it? It more than spoils my SL experience and may even cause me to leave. I come into SL to have fun not to fall into crash traps every five minutes.
