You probably could use a video card with more memory.

Failing that, i suggest dropping your draw distance.  That way FS will not be trying to keep so many textures in memory at the same time.

You might want to check the settings for your head and make sure you have things like "environment" or "gloss" etc. turned off.

Well, it could be a lot of things.  I don't really know, but one thought came to mind: if you are spinning for people from various other countries/cultures than yourself, they might have very different tastes in music.  Of course, each crowd you spin for might have completely different ideas of what "good" music is. 

Another idea is how friendly and sociable and outgoing you are with the audiences.

You forgot the part I usually put first " PSYS_PART_FLAGS"...

Try something like " llParticleSystem( [
         PSYS_PART_FLAGS, PSYS_PART_BOUNCE_MASK, ....
